The short version

  • We collect what you give us (orders, forms, the newsletter) and the little the site needs to run.
  • Payments happen on Wix's checkout. We never see your full card number.
  • No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Your site settings stay in your browser.
  • Email contact@nstlga.gg to see, fix or delete what we hold about you.

Cookies and browser storage#

nstlga.gg only uses cookies it needs to work: keeping your cart and keeping you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no cross-site tracking, and Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. Because every cookie we set is essential, we don't show a cookie banner.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The cart needs its cookies to carry your order to checkout, and signing in needs its cookies to keep you signed in; the rest of the site works without them. If we ever add cookies that aren't essential, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with#

  • Wix runs our store, checkout, payments and forms, and stores what you send through them.
  • Tapstitch and delivery carriers get your name and delivery address to make and deliver merch.
  • Vercel hosts the site and provides its visitor counts.
  • Twitch receives data from your browser when you watch the stream or open the chat on the Live page.
  • Team names, player names or handles and results can be published on the site, on stream and on social media as part of an event.
  • We share information when the law requires it, or to protect people at our events.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it#

  • Order records: up to one year from the date each record is created.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Partner enquiries and team registrations: as long as we need them to reply or to run the event.
  • Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a short time.

Your choices and rights#

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email.
  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@nstlga.gg. We'll answer within a week.
  • Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you more rights. Email us and we'll honor them.

Children#

nstlga.gg isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email contact@nstlga.gg and we'll delete it. Spectators at NSTLGA events must be 13 or older, and players 18 or older.

Keeping it safe#

Payments are handled entirely by Wix's checkout. The cart cookies are sent only over secure connections and can't be read by scripts on the page. We collect as little as we can, and only the people who run NSTLGA can see what you send us.

Changes to this policy#

If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For bigger changes we'll say so on the site or by email. Also see the Terms of use.
