Terms of use

• Browsing, watching and sharing the site is free. You don't need an account.
• Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no scraping that slows it down, and nothing unlawful.
• We can change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

• Checkout runs on Wix, our store and payment provider. Your payment is processed by Wix's checkout under Wix's terms, and we never see your full card number.
• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is worked out at checkout.
• Your order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. If we can't fill it (an obvious pricing mistake, or an item we can't make), we'll tell you and refund what you paid in full.
• Prices and availability can change at any time. A change never affects an order you've already placed.

Armory merch is made to order: our clothing supplier and distributor, Tapstitch, prints it after you buy and ships it to you. Colors on screen can look slightly different in person.

• A ticket admits the number of people, to the event and on the day or days, that it names.
• The venue's own rules apply on site. Venue staff or NSTLGA can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who puts others at risk or ignores those rules.
• Age rules: spectators must be 13 or older, and players must be 18 or older to compete.
• Schedules can move on the day: matches run long and brackets get delayed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, Refunds & shipping says what happens to your ticket.
• NSTLGA events are streamed and photographed. If you attend or play, you may appear in NSTLGA broadcasts, photos and videos.

• A team pass enters one team in the event it names. Each event's own rules (format, roster, schedule, check-in) are published on its event page or in its rulebook, and they apply to everyone who plays.
• Captains are responsible for their team's details being accurate and for every player following the rules.
• NSTLGA can disqualify a team or player for cheating, match fixing, harassment or hate speech, or for breaking the event rules. What happens to the pass then is set out in Refunds & shipping.
• Prize money is paid as set out for each event. Anyone paid more than $600 in prize money in a fiscal year must fill in tax forms, such as a 1099, before payment.
• Registering interest on the Register page is free. It doesn't enter a team or take payment; a team pass does.

• The NSTLGA name, logos, artwork, photos, videos and the design of this site belong to NSTLGA or to the people who licensed them to us. Sharing links is always fine; for anything else, like using our logo, ask us first.
• When you send us something through a form (a partner enquiry, a team registration, a newsletter sign-up), you confirm it's accurate and yours to send, and you let us use it to reply and to run the event.
• Counter-Strike is a trademark of Valve Corporation. NSTLGA isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

The site links to and embeds services run by other companies, such as Twitch for the live stream and chat, Discord, X and Wix's checkout. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is: schedules, results and stock can change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.

As far as the law allows, NSTLGA isn't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States of America, and disputes go to the courts of King County, Washington, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.

We may update these terms as the site and our events change. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Changes never apply to orders placed before them.
